Wink & Smile is owned and run by Natasha Sparks. It is located in Pekin, IL. 

Services we offered:

• Cosmetic tattooing - AKA permanent makeup (PMU for short) consists of permanent brows, eyeliner, and lips. 

• Paramedical tattooing - We offer scar and stretch mark revision, camouflaging, and dark lip neutralization.

• Body Art - Our body art menu consists of custom and flash fine line and ornamental designs.

• Tattoo Lifting - We can lighten and even remove cosmetic and body art tattoos through saline tattoo removal.

Natasha is the owner of Wink & Smile Illinois LLC. She is a wife and homeschool mom of six amazing humans. In 2013 she became a cosmetologist, and in early 2023 she graduated Chicago Academy of Permanent Makeup with multiple certifications. Since then she has furthered her education and obtained a total of 9 different certification in both cosmetic and paramedical tattooing.

Favorite Procedure: Nano brows! Nano brows work for everyone and every skin type. They look natural and can be customized for any face and brow style!

Favorite PMU Technique: Hand tapping, hands down, is her favorite technique. It’s the oldest, most reliable form of pigment placement. It also lasts longer, and is perfect for all skin types!

Fun Fact: She loves hand lettering and graphic design! Almost every aspect of this site was designed by her.
